Hire Society are pleased to offer you a selection of executive cars, allowing you to conduct business or simply relax as you travel in style, arriving composed and on time. Our executive vehicles are always immaculately presented to meet our own high standards.
We also understand that customer requirements can differ, and therefore our executive car hire can be tailored to meet individual needs.

We specialise in executive cars and wedding cars for special occasions including:
Weddings, Prom nights, Birthdays, Anniversaries and Retirement do's. We also provide executive car hire trips to the Races or any other sponsored or sporting event such as football, rugby and cricket matches as well as golf or boxing trips.

We also provide executive car hire for Special Events, Meetings, Business Trips, Theatre or Concerts, Corporate Activities, Airport transportation and a trip to a restaurant.

Couples, families and friends, Solicitors, Large local companies, Accountants, Insurance companies, Sports organisations, Football clubs, Hotels, Restaurants, Catering and Food distributors.

Our chauffeurs are very special people who are hand-picked from a great range of applicants. They are experienced reliable helpful and discrete, and most importantly service-orientated to ensure your journey is as personal and comfortable as you would want it. We believe that our chauffeurs are the best, this view is reinforced by the many calls letters and testimonials we constantly receive from our customers.

Our chauffeurs wear smart dark blue or black suits, white business shirts, silk ties, shined black shoes with matching cap and gloves (should the need arise our chauffeurs would be happy to ‘dress down’ to appropriate informal but smart casual wear in order to suit the occasion they are working).

Our executive and wedding cars can seat up to four passengers, are strictly non-smoking for the benefit of safety, other passengers and our chauffeurs.
Our customers are entitled to a reasonable amount of time beyond the scheduled Pick up time, usually thirty minutes or so, after which the hourly rate for the vehicle will be charged at half hourly increments. If, however your executive car or wedding car has been reserved to cover a set period of time and the extra waiting time does not exceed this then there will not be an additional charge.

If your flight is early or delayed Hire Society ensure that all flight timings are tracked and providing we have the correct flight number we will be there!

A 45 minute time slot is allocated on each Airport transfer for you to disembark the aircraft and for collection of luggage. If you do not meet or contact your chauffeur within this time slot would consider that you have not arrived on this flight and full charges will apply for the reservation.

Large amounts of luggage must be discussed at the time of booking in order for us to calculate passenger numbers and luggage space available.

For a smooth ‘Meet and Greet’ at the airport our uniformed chauffeurs will have a sign containing yours or your company name, which will be easily recognisable, or for the most efficient airport collection, a cell phone contact number will be issued for you to contact your chauffeur once you have cleared customs and reclaimed your luggage, this allows the car to swing around to the terminal entrance to collect you in front of the terminal building. If for any reason the chauffeur cannot be contacted then call us!

Hire Society requires that all changes, confirmations and cancellations are made directly to the office on 01706 379802, we strongly recommend that you call us at least 24 hours prior to your journey to confirm details. Hire Society chauffeurs are most cooperative and helpful to customers and will ensure that you are not inconvenienced in any way, however, for peace of mind please ensure that any revisions to your planned journey are given directly to our office.

The cancellation time is 14 days prior to the scheduled pick up. After this, including late booking, it will be considered a late-cancellation and subject to the full rate.

Cancellations made 14 to 21 days prior to the scheduled booking date will be less the deposit of 25%.
Any cancellations made over 21 days prior to the scheduled pick up will be without any hire charge or loss of deposit, however an administration charge of £25 will be made.
